Position Information

The Marketing Team Lead will supervise a small team of marketing specialists and liaise directly with internal departments to focus on planning and executing marketing strategies including digital, collateral, public relations and event support. The Marketing Team Lead will own the Aldrich brand and project manage marketing campaigns ensuring that project timelines are met and that communication is clear at all stages. These campaigns will incorporate email marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, digital publishing, marketing collateral tools, templates and training.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the marketing systems and data infrastructure that enables marketing campaigns, performance, and ROI reporting as we continue to expand digital revenue generation 
  • Create and manage project plans and timelines to deliver marketing campaigns on time; escalate any issues that may prevent on-time delivery
  • Coordinate marketing resources and capacity planning with internal staff and external freelancers and agency
  • Coordinate budget within marketing and act as the primary point of contact for internal finance team
  • Project manage major firm wide initiatives requiring marketing resources
  • Educate internal Aldrich staff on strategies for building their personal brand 

Qualifications  

  • 4-5 years of experience project managing in digital marketing role
  • Program/project management, communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to look at broader perspective
  • Experience leading a small marketing team
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment where teamwork and self-motivation were critical for success
  • Strong background in B2B collaboration across multiple business units, divisions or products
  • High proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and broad knowledge of marketing campaign management including digital, collateral, reporting and analytics
  • Experience working in Corporate Marketing function
  • Bachelor’s Degree required - Master’s preferred
