Aldrich Wealth is a dynamic and established independent registered investment advisor (RIA) that provides financial services to high net worth families and employer sponsored retirement plans.

Our California offices are home to a group of wealth advisors working closely with high net worth families and business owners on strategies that will help them manage their wealth and reach financial independence.

As a Senior Wealth Manager you will work with a team serving a variety of clients. You will have an opportunity to use both wealth management and analytical skills. We are looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow both professionally and personally. Very little of the work is routine so there is ample opportunity for innovation and problem solving. Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and plan service delivery to clients, including conducting review meetings
  • Participate in the creation and development of processes and infrastructure designed to service clients
  • Provide direct financial advice and guidance to clients within the framework of the firm
  • Established in the ability to anticipate and address client needs directly without supervision
  • Work directly with clients on follow-up items from meetings, or initiating and following through on new initiatives with clients
  • Communicate directly with clients in a professional manner
  • Analyze financial information collected from client, and assess their needs, to determine advanced strategies necessary to meet clients’ objectives
  • Manage all aspects of relationship for Select clients and Private clients
  • Manage and further leverage established network with current referral professionals
  • Lead new client prospecting, design presentations and lead closing meetings
  • Lead on projects and initiatives within the overall business development plan

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of recent experience working in the financial industry
  • CFP, PFS, and/or CFA a plus
  • Experience developing people
  • Experience networking, prospecting and developing business
  • Strong technical experience in investments, asset allocation and other financial concepts associated with planning
  • Series 65 will be required if not already obtained
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills necessary
