Description

Position Information

The Administrative Assistant is a critical role to help us fulfill our mission statement of "Helping Our Clients Achieve Their Goals." This person will work closely with our team to provide exceptional service and deliverables to our clients.

Essential Functions

  • Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities
  • Acts as a liaison with other departments in multiple locations and supports the Director of Administration as needed
  • Performs other administrative responsibilities as support to other administrative team members, professional staff and departments
  • Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
  • Shares Receptionist duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Minimum 1 year office administration experience required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Extremely approachable
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, and under pressure
  • Strong teamwork skills necessary and ability to work with professionals at all levels
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
