Aldrich Benefits is looking for a smart and enthusiastic Account Coordinator with prior industry experience who is not afraid to wear many hats. There is creativity, problem solving, and flexibility in this position.
You will be a pivotal point in the process for our staff and clients and critical in helping us fulfill our mission statement of "Helping Our Clients Achieve Their Goals." Because of this, the Account Coordinator must demonstrate careful attention to detail, project management and time management skills. The ideal candidate will also have the desire to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to build great personal and professional relationships.
- Support small group employee benefits consulting team
- Assist clients with benefit communication and customer service
- Perform data entry in agency management database
- Assist with quoting and spreadsheet compilation
- Track renewal process and activity
- Review enrollment materials for accuracy
- Manage correspondence
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year employee benefits or health insurance experience and terminology
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Oregon Insurance License preferred and will be required to obtain if not already licensed
